The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding a series of workshops about the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).  The workshops are being held in Massachusetts and Rhode Island in December and January.

According to the EPA, “This workshop is an opportunity to learn about your facility’s planning and reporting obligations under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA). We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to understand how the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) and your Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) can help you with your reporting, planning and prevention obligations under Sections 301-312 of EPCRA.”
